SHIPPING POLICY
Our aim is to deliver your order at your doorstep fast and safe. Towards this effort, we have partnered with multiple courier companies like FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and Aramex to give you an excellent shipping experience. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service.
Our products are shipped from Mumbai and it takes us 5 -8 days to deliver goods to your doorstep. However on average shipping time is 2-5 days.
For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer any cancellation and return policy.
If you have received a defective product, send us images with order id at (WhatsApp : +91-81040 13399) and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account.
We do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please try and avoid Professional Couriers as much as possible since we have been facing issues with them. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:
